An Intrinsic Introduction! Schizachyrium scoparium 'Little Red Fox' plants are bushy and vigorous, on the shorter side of little bluestem growing 24 - 30" tall. Spring color is gray and green quickly deepening and turning to the red side in mid to late summer. Strongly basal foliage with thin wiry stems change from green to silver to red by fall. An exciting addition to the short end of grasses. PP#36,738


Full sun, most any soil but wet. 1 gallon.
