Astilbe ‘Dark Side of the Moon’ is a striking shade perennial prized for its intensely dark, almost chocolate-purple foliage—some of the deepest coloring you’ll find in an astilbe. In early summer, elegant plumes of soft, creamy blush flowers rise above the dramatic leaves, creating a beautiful contrast that brightens shady garden spaces.
